Abstract

This study evaluates the usability of three popular Indonesian mobile banking apps using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and Nielsen Heuristic Evaluation. Ninety respondents and five expert evaluators participated. The average SUS score was 74.6 (good), yet critical issues were found in transaction navigation and error feedback. Design recommendations are proposed to improve digital banking user experience.
