Abstract

MSMEs are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy, yet information systems adoption remains uneven. A systematic review of 62 studies (2019–2025) maps drivers and barriers of MSME digital transformation and proposes a TOE- and UTAUT2-based adoption model suited to the local context.
